Sometimes there is power in a single choice. This could be anything from ‘I want to go to the gym’, ‘I want to stop smoking’, ‘I want to be kinder’ and things along those lines. When a man makes a choice that benefits him, it changes his whole life.
I want to start with Yung Filly. It’s shown that his choice to stop smoking has played a part in the change of his mindset and lifestyle essentially. He has major success, but when we are doing things that are destructive to us and decide to take them out, it should really benefit us in a positive way, and with Filly it was smoking.
When it came to smoking, Filly felt like he was becoming too reliant on it and overly dependent. Sometimes when you’re used to doing something and you take it out, it frees up your mind and time so you can do something else. Those who understand and utilise that free space in a way that benefits them succeed. This could be to go to the gym, pick a hobby, work on a business idea, see your friends and family more or create something else.
With Filly, I’ve seen a shift in his approach to money and success. He’s always been very adamant about one thing and that was wanting a wife, but now it’s also becoming a man of God and essentially being true to himself. I would say his brain and the way he answers questions now has changed dramatically; he’s more self-aware, more decisive and generally he’s much sharper especially when it comes to general knowledge. He is someone that doesn’t shy about his self-reflections, his visions and goals for the future much bolder and more confident in a therapized type of way.
I think he first had to make a choice, gain some self-love, and then gain some self-esteem out of that.
