The one about him part 2.

I met HIM on the bus, in Shoreditch.

Currently riding in Shoreditch thinking about the opportunities I missed to go out with him.

He was on my mind for a while…

A calm young gentleman, who kinda looked like Bob Marley – to me. We spoke on the bus, about nothing really. I think we called the essence of it strategic positioning. LOL! We exchanged instagrams on a cool one and that was that.

The funniest thing about this, is I remember meeting a few other guys that night..but clearly with all that intention and determination in life I had that day and in that season, I ended up finding the one I was looking for, on a random bus home. He wasn’t even from the area!

One thing I loved about him was that he invited me for coffee! Not a drink or a smoke. Coffee! Yes he was a weed smoker, that’s a story for another day, honestly. (Don’t wanna speak about my old attraction to smokers, it’s like who didn’t and doesn’t smoke these days, you know?)

Anyway, he was actually pretty shocked that he didn’t ask me to “come smoke”… lol yeah, that way.

He was a little blunt, but kind to me, understanding and actually quite gentle, very gentle – where I may have felt a bit insecure or unsecure because of circumstances. He didn’t push me, he was very laid back.

It took me a bit of time to get over this one.

With the guys I end up connecting with, I look for them and generally find what I may think I want.. but he actually reciprocated and sought me out a few times. He was one of the only ones who did outrightly.

Do I regret anything?

Umm, potentially not being completely honest, because I’m sure he said something about me not telling him what was truly going on but at that time that was my protection – I didn’t know him like that, like that.

Honestly, he was bloody rude man – I guess now I can see the similarities lol.

No games at all either, just a really genuine connection.  He was a good man. I really respect it.

That’s the one about him Part 2.

Thank you ❤️
